Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering is one of the core branch of the Engineering with involvement of engineering professionals towards major activities in the global development, and its principles are involved in the design, study, development and managerial control over nearly all of the physical devices & systems. It is one of the oldest and broadest of the engineering disciplines. The mechanical engineering field requires an understanding of core areas including mechanics, dynamics, thermodynamics, materials science, structural analysis, and electricity. It is the branch of engineering that involves the design, production, and operation of machinery. This branch is involved from transport to space research, manufacturing of raw steel to nano-technology & so on. This course includes Design Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Manufacturing Technology and management aspects.
The department is unique in having the most spacious workshop and full fledged Mechanical Engineering laboratories. Experienced and dedicated faculty members focus on imparting quality education, through well planned lectures, tutorials and practical session.
